Hi, I’m Ashley, known to many as Geeky Girl. An avid reader since childhood, I became a passionate romance reader in my teens. I love the idea of a happily ever after, no matter the journey it took to get there.

The road to becoming “Geeky Girl,” started with a Facebook message to an author, Elisa Leigh. She wrote a book that saw me through a very deep bout of depression and I wanted her to know that her book mattered to me. She responded, and that one message led me to a forever friend and an introduction to the indie romance community. 

I shared my book reviews on Facebook and Instagram and became connected to the indie community. Until then, I had NO clue that reviews on Amazon mattered, and I STILL kick myself over all the books I’ve read that I never reviewed. I wanted to share my reviews to inspire other readers to leave a review, no matter how short and sweet.

I could see my effort was helping authors and had the idea of offering PA services to support my favorite indie authors with social media. After all, my support helps them focus on writing.  Some wonderful author friends started working with me, and together, we figured out what was needed to make them successful. And so, Geeky Girl, LLC was born.

Geeky Girl has taken off, and today I offer Geeky Girl Review Cafe, Geeky Girl Author Services, Geeky Girl’s Whole Latte Books and have recently launched my website/newsletter, All Things Geeky Girl.

I took a chance on my passion four years ago, and I’m amazed to find myself truly living my dream.
